P. Diddy the action star?

Variety reports that Paramount Pictures and sister company MTV Films will produce an action comedy for rapper P. Diddy (aka Sean Combs) to produce and star in.

The project is being described as a heist action-comedy at the Miami Grand Prix and "will be focused on the fast-paced, multi-cultural side of the city."

MTV, Maverick Entertainment Films and Combs' Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group will handle production.
