Owen Wilson with "You, Me and Dupree"

Variety reports that Owen Wilson will produce and star in "You, Me and Dupree" in which Universal Pictures will distribute.

Wilson will play a best man who stays as a houseguest with a newlywed couple but in the end wears out his welcome.

Joe and Anthony Russo (TV's "Arrested Development") will be directing the feature.
