Kristen Stewart joining Pang Brothers horror film

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Kristen Stewart will be joining the cast of the untitled Pang Brothers horror project being produced by Sam Raimi's Ghost House Pictures, as well as Blue Star Pictures and Mandate Pictures.

The film, which also includes Dylan McDermott, Penelope Ann Miller and John Corbett, tells the story of "a family (Stewart, McDermott and Miller) that moves into a run-down sunflower farm in North Dakota. After the farm begins to revive, the family slowly is torn apart by suspicion, mayhem and murder."

Mark Wheaton rewrote the original screenplay by Stuart Beattie.
