Variety reports that Walt Disney Pictures has acquired the rights to Cecelia Ahern's novel "If You Could See Me Now." Disney will turn this into a musical vehicle for Hugh Jackman. Craig Zadan, Neil Meron, Jackman and John Palermo will produce the project. Jackman plays the imaginary friend of an abandoned 6 year old being raised by his aunt. However, the aunt can see the imaginary friend and a romance blossoms between them.
