Hugh Jackman may be the "Rebound Guy"

Variety reports that 20th Century Fox has picked up the romantic comedy "Rebound Guy," to which they hope Hugh Jackman will star in. Jennifer Robinson and Dyanne Stempel will be penning the screenplay.

The movie tells the story of a man who dates women on the rebound based on the idea that they would never want a serious relationship after a failed long-term commitment. When he falls in love with a girl on the rebound, he inserts a "rebound guy" in front of him and positions himself as the real guy.
