Variety reports that Marc Lawrence ("Two Weeks Notice") is drafting Drew Barrymore & Hugh Grant for "Music & Lyrics By," a new romantic comedy to be setup at Castle Rock. Warner Bros. will hope to distribute the film by the holiday season this year.

The story involves a lyrics writer and a music writer-performer whose collaboration takes a romantic turn.
