Katherine Heigl gets "Knocked Up" again

Variety reports that "Grey's Anatomy" star Katherine Heigl will join "Knocked Up," replacing Anne Hathaway as the female lead.

The Universal Pictures comedy reteams some of the cast and crew of "The 40 Year Old Virgin," including director Judd Apatow, and stars Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, and Leslie Mann.

The comedy tells of a man who impregnates a woman after his first one-night stand ever, and decides to raise the child with the woman he barely knows.
