Mike Myers in self-help guru comedy

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Mike Myers is in final negotiations to write, produce and star in an untitled self-help comedy at Paramount Pictures.

The film, which Myers will co-write with Graham Gordy, centers on a self-help guru named Pitka who is called upon to solve a couple's romantic problems.

Pitka is one of Myers' creations in his standup routine.
