Vince Vaughn "Against All Enemies"?

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Paul Haggis (writer of "Million Dollar Baby," "Crash") is looking to get Vince Vaughn to star in his political drama "Against All Enemies," the film version of Richard Clarke's Washington memoirs. Haggis will direct based on his screenplay being rewritten by James Vanderbilt.

Vaughn would play FBI agent John O'Neill, where the story would be seen through his own eyes as to how the Bush administration handled the al-Qaida threat both before and after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and how Washington power brokers were involved.
