Terrence Howard, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Bryan Cranston have joined the cast of the George Lucas' "Red Tails," his WWII action-adventure about the Tuskegee Airmen.
Variety reports that the three actors join an ensemble cast which already comprises of Nate Parker, David Oyelowo, Tristan Wilds, Method Man, Lee Tergesen, Ne-Yo, Elijah Kelley, Andre Royo and Jesse Williams.
Lucas is executive producing the project. Anthony Hemingway is helming the feature. Shooting begins in Europe soon.
Based on a script by John Ridley the film tells of the first African-American fighter pilots in U.S. military history.
